We know how important social media content is these days, and we’d love to give you a behind-the-scenes look at our process while we print your custom merch order. During your visit, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! To help everything run smoothly, we just have a few guidelines:
Scheduling: Your job will be printed in the order it was received. Once everything is finalized and payment is made, it will be added to our production schedule. We’ll reach out to let you know the exact date and time your order will be printed. This will take place during our regular work hours. If you're unable to attend, we won’t be able to reschedule, as we need to keep production on track.
Dress accordingly: Printing can be a messy job—we work with both oil- and water-based inks. While we keep the studio clean, it’s best to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty… just in case.
Completion time: You may not be able to take your job with you the same day. Some jobs take an hour to print, while others may take all day. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it may not be completed during your visit. If that’s the case, we’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready for pickup.

If for any reason you are unable to visit our studio we would be happy to take 10 Photos & 2 videos for you and send them via e-mail.
We do not offer this option during the ordering process, so don’t forget to say “I need content” while ordering.
